Shipping And Processing
We ship all orders domestically with USPS. All orders are fulfilled and shipped in 2-5 business days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at email@example.com for an exchange/return within 14 days of receiving your order. All clearance items are final sale and can not be exchanged. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
My Items need to ship Internationally, do I have to pay any Taxes or Customs?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. Give Them Lala Baby will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occur. Please check with your local customs before placing your order.
I've received a damaged item.
We are so sorry your item arrived damaged. Please contact us within FOURTEEN days of the delivery date and include photos of the damaged items and we will issue a replacement. Be sure to include your order number!
If my tracking number says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it, what do I do?
We cannot be held responsible for missing/stolen packages if tracking says delivered to final location. Please contact the mail carrier with the tracking number and they will be able to track down the missing parcel.
My order tracking says in transit, but it has not moved for several days?
After we ship the package we have no control of transit issues. If your order is a USPS order, please contact 800-275-8777 to open an investigation into your package. Have your tracking number available to give to the customer service agent.
I need to change my order or my shipping address. How can I do this?
Our orders normally process within 24-72 hours once they've been submitted. To correct any errors made with your order or your address information, we recommend contacting our customer service department to request a cancellation. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, the order will ship as is and cannot be modified.
I'm having trouble placing my order and need assistance.
